Angela is a Nationally Certified massage therapist. Angela earned her massage certification from Centerpoint School of Massage Therapy. She holds a pre natal certification and is currently working on the final portion of her neuromuscular therapy certification. Angela holds a AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) membership. Angela has 13 years of clinical experience working as a massage therapist. Specific interests include helping individuals relive both acute and chronic pain. Angela believes in integrated health care by utilizing massage therapy along with chiropractic care to assist patients in achieving optimal health.
Amy earned an associate degree in massage therapy at Northwestern Health Sciences University. Unique experiences include a hospital internship at Abbott Northwestern in the Penny George Institute. She also volunteered at a free clinic in Costa Rica for several weeks. Amy designed a successful 10 week case study using massage and reflexology on women with hypertension. Specific interests include working on scar tissue, therapeutic aspects of hot stones, post surgery soft tissue, reflexology, the importance of using essential oils, and full body relaxation massage. Amy's focus is to help each individual develop healthy tissue through rehabilitative and relaxation massage.

Nathalie obtained her Associate of Applied Science in Massage Therapy from Northwestern Health Sciences University and is a nationally certified massage therapist. She has been involved with helping people in health care for the past 10 years and decided to become a Massage therapist as an extension of her passion for people and bringing optimum health and wellness to their lives. Nathalie specializes and is certified in Therapeutic, Swedish, Relaxation massage, clinical massage, Cancer/Oncology massage and is working toward her membership with the Society for Oncology Massage. Her techniques include: myofascial release, trigger point, and cross-fiber friction for the restoration of soft tissue health and mobility, sport massage, pregnancy massage and reflexology. Nathalie's massage specialties are for individuals who are seeking results ranging from complete body relaxation and reduced anxiety to relief of pain caused by stress, exercise, injury, chronic or acute illness.
Mary has earned a degree from Minnesota School of Business. She has 10 years of clinical experience working as a massage therapist. Mary has specialized in deep tissue, reflexology, myofacial release and cranial sacral. Mary has worked in the health care industry for 25 years as a nurse. Her background ranges from hospitals, nursing homes and home care. Her goal for each patient is to leave feeling rejuvenated and on the path to improved health through the benefits of massage.
